We hope that Blink OMS is intuitive and easy to use, however, we understand that not all of your staff members will be quite so comfortable using a new computer system. So, when you first use Blink in your practice we will be available for guidance and support via email and telephone. This service continues throughout your use of Blink, however, if repeated support is required on basic tasks, for example to help introduce Blink to new members of staff, then a training course may be suggested.
Courses can be 1-to-1 and carried out ‘on the job’, or more formal, seminar style, sessions – or anything in between. Training is charged at our daily rate and prices will be provided based on your specific requirements.
